NSSMC is unrelenting in their support of their clients in North America, from the point of view of quality, reliability, and product development. They send their engineers to North America regularly for product development discussions with their counterparts at the railway and routinely ‘walk the track’ to monitor product performance.
Since Sumitomo started selling rail in North America, we have sold enough rail that if we were to place it end to end, we would have enough rail to span from Osaka, Japan to Vancouver, British Columbia!
